It’s been awhile since I Call Fives have played a show or even released new music. The band was all set to celebrate ten years of their popular sophomore release, “Bad Advice”, then Covid-19 shut those plans down. Just like most everything else this year. The shutdown led the band into the studio to record new material. I don’t think anyone is upset by that considering I Call Fives hasn’t released new music since 2012’s Self Titled LP. Bassist, Drew Conte, joins me on this episode to talk about why it’s been so long since we’ve heard from the group, ten years of “Bad Advice”, and more.
