#201: Benjamin Harper talks 20 Years of Yellowcard‘s ”One For The Kids”

The big wave of Yellowcard’s mainstream debut album Ocean Avenue all started with their previous album, One For The Kids. Recorded and released in 2001 through Lobster Records, One For The Kids quickly helped Yellowcard land a major label contract with Capital Records in 2002. Ocean Avenue would take the world by storm just one year later in 2003. Founding member, Benjamin Harper, joins us on this episode of Pop-Punk & Pizza Podcast to talk about how Lobster Records has remixed and remastered One For The Kids to celebrate the album’s 20th anniversary. It’s available on all streaming platforms this Friday, December 17th, 2021. You can pre-order a vinyl copy here.

Much Love,

Jacques LaMore
